For the music video Na trhu duší — a dark, painterly story in which the lead character appears in three different guises — TAYER.lab made the costumes of the lead performer and of the extras.
The most distinctive detail are the handcrafted epaulettes of feathers and rhinestones: black feather ones give Sofie’s dark costume its sharp silhouette in the spotlight scene, the pale rhinestone-covered ones glitter in the candlelit close-ups.
We sewed two dresses for Sofie — a long white dress covered with pearls for the scene in red light, and a brown hooded dress in which she walks through the candlelit market — and made-to-measure hooded cloaks for the masked extras around her.
